I've never participated in WOYWW before although I know lots of peeps who do. Why you ask? Well, because my workdesk generally looks like this - i.e. like a bomb has gone off... Also on a Wed I work from home so am often working on stuff for publication that I can't show (but honestly, mostly the first one...).I am thinking that perhaps publically shaming myself might encourage me to tidy it up!! Also trying to make a 12x12 scrapbook page on 5" of desk can be a wee bit tricky......
Perhaps next week it will be pristine. Or perhaps not....
How brave of you, but it looks great. My workspace is 29inches by 29, not very big, so have to keep it tidy otherwise would have nowhere to craft.

No shame - be proud!! I have a small patch on my living room floor to work on (the room is FULL of stash!) but I love your messy (sorry, busy) desk.

Welcome to WOYWW! Seriously Katy, it won't help - if that's how you work, that's it! I've become numb to comments about untidiness, just revel in your creative process! Couldn't enlarge for a really good rummage, but oh my, you have some lovely stuff on your desk!
ReplyDeleteROFL - that's what my desk looks like much of the time, too! Seriously, it pretty much cycles ... it gets like that, I do a total and massive cleaning so that it's pristine, then by week's end it looks like that again. Yep - about a 1-week cycle. And about every three weeks, the floor needs it, too! TFS!
